The Role:
We invite a qualified Clinical Nurse to join our 94-bed facility as a Clinical Nurse and provide exceptional clinical leadership to nursing and care teams.
Reporting to the Service / Care Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care to residents, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality and Accreditation Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to nursing and care staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, resident-focused care that adheres to best practices.
* Oversee clinical care and medication management, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and quality standards.
* Maximize government funding by preparing precise and timely Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) submissions.
* Design, implement, and assess care plans and team processes to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
* Foster collaboration with external healthcare providers while assisting service management in staff recruitment and professional development.
You Will Have:
* Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
* Proven experience as an RN (2 years) and clinical leadership.
* Residential Aged Care Experience Clinically minded, Governance & Quality focused

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum.
