Senior MSK Physiotherapist with Significant Career Growth Opportunities
Are you a Senior Physiotherapist looking for a sea change? Would you like to progress your skills in leadership, mentoring, or business development? Perhaps your career progression has stagnated, and you’re seeking an award-winning, dynamic clinic with continuous investment in professional development, team events, and innovation. Do you want to focus more on your niche patient population and have the ability to refer within a multidisciplinary team to enhance your clients’ overall health journey? If so, we would love to hear from you. We have a senior MSK Physiotherapist role with added opportunities for a motivated clinician to take on leadership/ paid mentoring time to assist with the development of our junior clinicians, induction, and other tasks/ training depending on your interest/ skillset. These positions are a rarity in private practice, and you will be well supported in growing your leadership abilities.
About Us:
We are an award-winning, cohesive multidisciplinary team with a clear vision to make Far North Queensland the healthiest region in Australia. Our purpose is to advance whole-person healthcare in Far North Queensland, and we embody our strong values every day: Compassion, Leadership, Integrity, Consistency, Kindness, and Sustainability. We regularly rate and celebrate these values.
Our team enjoys a regular meeting and mentoring schedule, with quarterly team days and multiple external speakers and courses funded by our clinic each year. We have three clinics in Cairns, and you may work full time at our flagship Abbott Street clinic (with large gym, gait scan, shockwave, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ice baths, sauna, Normatec compression garments, ultrasound, and more) or split your time between our city and Mount Sheridan/ Parramatta Park clinics.
