Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager
A dynamic marketing professional is required to lead the marketing and communications strategy for UWA College, ensuring alignment with INTO's global objectives and The University of Western Australia's brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an omni-channel marketing and communication strategy to drive awareness and student enrolment.
* Manage UWA College's brand in line with established guidelines.
* Oversee the UWA College web presence and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
* Create and execute targeted CRM journeys and multichannel campaigns to maximize engagement.
* Lead on content creation, including video production, digital marketing campaigns, and social media management, to connect with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
* Develop and manage UWA College's production schedule in line with the annual marketing plan, while supporting approved UWA, INTO central and regional initiatives.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies and enhance recruitment efforts.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives and planned communications support broader business objectives.
* Create authentic user-generated content and support events.
