Your new role
Reporting to the CEO and supporting the Company Directors, you will be a key member of the team that is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of financial information, commercial analysis and business partnering. Duties include:

Your new role
Reporting to the CEO and supporting the Company Directors, you will be a key member of the team that is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of financial information, commercial analysis and business partnering. Duties include:
* Financial management, control & reporting
* Strong month end knowledge, accruals / prepayments
* General ledger balance sheet reconciliations
* Budgeting and forecasting including models
* Price maintenance, margin & cost analysis
* Cashflow management
* Maintenance of fixed assets and completion of stock take
* FBT reconciliation's and returns
* Partner with internal stakeholders
* Lead and inspire a small team
What you'll need to succeed
* CA or CPA qualification
* Previous experience working within FMCG / manufacturing (high volume, low value business)
* Need to understand cost drivers / margins / stock & inventory
* Strong technical skills both financial and management reporting
* Inquisitive by nature and love business partnering
* Fantastic interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude
