As a National Account Manager, you will be driving strategy and P&L responsibility for total Henkel Consumer Brands through the execution of range reviews, New Product Development launches, Net Revenue Management and Promotional Programs with the above customers. YOUR ROLE Define and executes local account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan. Identify business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives. Drive and roll-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling. Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships both with relevant external and internal stakeholders. Analyse financial KPIs and proactively steer key account business. Tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, claims and accruals management etc. Responsible for channels such as Bunnings, Aldi, Amazon, Reject shop & clearance Lead range review process to drive results across ranging, distribution & space. YOUR SKILLS Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired not essential). 1-3 years of FMCG experience. Experience in account management. A strong negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and direct strategies and build relationships.
