The Role
As our Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of dedicated sales associates. You will inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence and providing ongoing training and development.
You will create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere within the boutique, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for every customer. Building strong relationships with clients is also crucial, as you will provide personalized service and expert advice to meet their individual needs.

Requirements
