Senior Manager at Hays - Recruiting Specialist in Talent Acquisition and HR Working with one of the world's biggest social media platforms, you will operate as part of their global TA centre, reporting into your Manager in Singapore.
Responsibilities: Managing the strategic sourcing of technical roles, talent mapping and building talent pools for future hires. Working with global HRBP/TA teams to assess their upcoming talent needs, and deliver on these requirements. Focusing on professional and senior level hires, across tech and non-tech portfolios. Managing the candidates along their application journey with a focus on customer experience. Working across multiple time zones including EMEA and America as required. Minimum Requirements: 4 years + experience in technical recruitment. Experience in talent mapping, talent pooling, and talent strategy. Strong analytic skills with a background in data-driven hiring.
