This internal recruitment team is growing, and we are searching for a key member that will be involved in recruiting and sourcing talent within blue collar and also managing their external training company resources for training courses.
The role is a blend of recruiting, scheduling and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing new candidates Conduct phone screenings and full interviews, both online and face to face Shortlist candidates and present to Managers. Maintain candidate profiles in the recruitment systems. Management employment contracts and ensure compliance. Manage the onboarding of candidates. Managing relationships with external training providers Monitor training to ensure relevance and identify improvements. Process and manager SRTO notifications. Schedule and training requirements and handle all enquiries. Ensure all documentation is tracked and reported. Work with Senior Managers on selection of reputable external training companies. About you:
1-2+ years of experience in internal or agency recruitment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Strong computer skills – MS products Experience with high-volume recruitment – ideal if blue collar but not essential A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
