The Role A unique opportunity for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help elevate our brand presence in the construction industry. Duties Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and brand. Coordinate and manage content for the company website, social media channels, and email newsletters. Help design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets. Support the creation of case studies, project portfolios, and testimonials for client outreach. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activity. Organize and manage events, trade shows, and other marketing activities. Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure consistent messaging and marketing alignment. Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s CRM and marketing database. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing efforts, including budget tracking and vendor coordination. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong interest in the construction industry and marketing best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM software). Basic design skills or experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
