As the Concierge at The Darling, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring a positive guest experience, playing a key role to promote The Star Sydney as a leading destination. A few of your responsibilities: Supervise and add value to the activities of all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures Ensure guest queries are handled in a timely and professional manner Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork Promoting and sharing knowledge about our beautiful City and local area ensuring our Hotel guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotel What are we looking for: Previous experiences in hospitality or guest service supervisor/management role is desirable Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous Flexibility to work in a full-time capacity across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings and weekends) About you: You will have a motivated proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to support various tasks and a team.
