1. Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner
2. Assisting with property management administration
3. Following checklist procedures
4. Coordinating routine inspections for the PM's
5. Banking and mail
6. Liaising with contractors
7. Database management, fielding calls, and taking messages
8. Preparing marketing material
Skills & Experience
9. Previous reception/ administration experience is essential
10. Previous experience in real estate will be highly regarded
11. Well presented, and a keen eye for detail
12. Passionate about the real estate industry
13. A positive attitude and good work ethic
14. Confident telephone manner & customer service skills
15. Intermediate computing skills
