Job Title: Sales Support Role
We are seeking an exceptional customer service, administration, and sales support professional to join our team at Stockland. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our Sales Professionals to provide exceptional customer service and support across all stages of the sales process.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Mt Atkinson development site in Truganina. You will be working 5 days a week, including weekends, with allocated days off during the week. In addition to your salary package, you will have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses and commission.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to sales and after-sales enquiries, providing guidance before passing them onto your Sales Professional
* Provide exceptional customer service and care to everyone who engages with Stockland
* Manage all incoming information via phone, email, website, and general enquiries
* Maintain and update sales systems and processes and procedures

Requirements:
* A strong customer service background with experience working in a sales support or administrative function

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
