About the Role
Based in Port Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies for key export markets, including the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.
As part of a high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:
Maximizing revenue within defined pricing frameworks.Expanding into new markets and products, working closely with the New Product Development team.Collaborating with the finance team to analyze and develop strategic pricing models.Crafting an annual sales plan and recommending future strategic directions.Managing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders while identifying new opportunities.Co-developing branding strategies with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and impact.About You
To excel in this pivotal role, you will bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in meat sales, ideally with a focus on sheep products.At least 2 years of exposure to export markets.Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred).Exceptional sales acumen and people skills.A proactive, conscientious approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer
