Role Description This is a part-time Sales Estimator & Contracts Administration role located in Hornsby, NSW at Built To Matter Homes. The Sales Estimator & Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, contracts administration, estimating process improvement, ongoing project budget tracking, and reporting/collaborating with the project manager and director to ensure project profitability and performance.
Qualifications Read and analyse construction plans, specifications, and drawings to build detailed cost estimates Previous experience in Residential Construction essential Experience building out/creating estimating systems is a plus Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field We are open to how many days per week, at this stage suggesting 2-3 days per week.
