Job title: General Psychologist - Private Clinic - Paediatric/Young Adult Caseloads Working Hours: Full Time / Part Time available Salary: A generous base salary super Location: Footscray Roles & Responsibilities: Our client is an allied health clinic that primarily provides assessment and intervention to clients across a range of ages. They provide a flexible and well supported work environment with a focus on peer-learning, functional therapy, evidence-based-practice and providing a functional and holistic approach to our clients. Due to the exciting growth, they are looking for a Psychologist and offer exciting, flexible, and full of variety responsibilities. You would suit this role if you are looking for a position to work with paediatric clients or a combination of paediatric clients and teenagers. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for: Assessing the needs and coaching clients and caregivers to provide short- and long-term strategies to support child development. Providing consultative support to families. Providing assessment and therapy to clients who are experiencing, including but not exclusive to: ADHD, ASD, challenging behaviours, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, and trauma. Working collaboratively with families and professionals (within the centre and from other organisations) Planning, implementing and evaluating therapy and intervention services for individuals and their families.
