1212 Month Non-ongoing Federal Government Position Obtain your Baseline Clearance Work 2 days a week in office / 3 days from home Adelaide SA, Canberra ACT, Goondiwindi QLD, Griffith NSW, Mildura VIC, Murray Bridge SA and Wodonga VIC Our Client with a focus on Australia's river systems, is seeking an Information Analyst / Information Governance Officer to work within the ICT Service Delivery team. The role reports to the Information Manager and works closely with other areas of the Business Services division. Responsibilities: Oversee helpdesk services to staff, including advice, support and training on general information management and governance policies, procedures and compliance. Manage and update the Information and Record Management Team's intranet pages and the ICT and Data Branch's governance documentation. Contribute to the lifecycle management of electronic information held within MDBA's business information systems in accordance with National Archives of Australia and the MDBA's policy and procedures. Demonstrated capabilities in developing compliance requirements to support Machine Learning. Undertake information search and e-discovery processes as required. Provide Secretariat support to Information governance working groups. Requirements: Direct experience in information asset management in Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint. Understand Information, Records and Security legislation, Government Policies and procedures, such as Archives Act 1983. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
