The Role at Optus
This role supports the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre, aligning with Optus's goal to be Australia's most loved everyday brand.
As a Technical Writer/Business Analyst, you will ensure that technical documents comply with contractual obligations and follow ISO9001 standards for quality certification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an Information Governance Framework, including policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
* Ensure Optus business documentation follows required processes against ISO9001 standards.
* Manage technical documents via acceptable lifecycle processes, maintaining quality and accuracy.
Required Skills:
* Experience in business processes, Systems Engineering, and change management.
* Successful background in Quality Management Systems process improvement and project management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* Consultancy experience, particularly in diagnostic, analysis, redesign, and implementation.
* Proficiency in Document/Knowledge Management systems and desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) in MS Windows environment.
Additional Requirements:
* Australian citizenship.
* Eligibility for Federal Government security clearance.
