We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Commercial Manager to join the SiSU Health team.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, Marketing & Communications, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth by developing and managing high-value partnerships.
The position blends both partnership management and direct sales responsibilities, with a primary focus on identifying new opportunities, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term relationships with partners.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identify and pursue potential clients, partners, and opportunities that align with company goals Build and leverage a strong network of industry contacts to uncover new partnership opportunities Lead and manage the Account Manager providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets Lead partnership negotiations and defining terms of business Monitor client satisfaction and retention, addressing needs proactively Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members to track progress, resolve issues, and support performance goals.
