Newly created role managing the casual mall leasing for a dedicated retail portfolio Flexible, hybrid role – full training and supportive management

It’s an exciting time to join CBRE as we launch our newly created Retail Experience Leasing team to drive premium experiences across our centres. In this key role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing pop up, casual mall leasing and third income stream opportunities for a number of our clients whilst growing your network of diverse retailers that are emerging within the retail environment.
Here’s a snapshot of your day;
• Maximise casual leasing revenue by securing short term tenants, pop-ups, and centre campaigns
• Grow brands and businesses allowing them to explore new markets, grow sales and cultivate brand loyalty.
• Implement an incubator program for vendors to convert to permanent retailers.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and identify new revenue streams
• Analyse market trends and demographics to curate an optimal bespoke pop up and casual mall leasing mix.
• Drive asset experience and quality revenue growth for all of our clients.
• Prepare budgets, forecasting and reporting, monthly reporting and asset strategy.
• Secure new clients to engage with REL in all asset classes delivering revenue growth.
Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
• Previous experience in Retail Leasing, Casual Mall Leasing or Brand Engagement highly regarded
• Knowledge of Retail Leases Act and ability to interpret leases and licenses and other property documentation
• Relationship focused and client centric, you should have a genuine enjoyment for building relationships and growing your profile/market share.
• Strong time management skills with a proactive and professional approach
• Current license or registration as required by relevant statutory body and drivers licence/car
