$140,000 – $160,000 per year + 5,000 bonusJob Type: Full-Time / Office Based (5 days/week)Experience Level: 10+ yearsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a background in administration, accounting, finance, and logistics/supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience overseeing office operations, financial processes, and supply chain coordination. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage administrative functions, financial activities, and logistics to ensure smooth business operations. An entrepreneurial spirit who can wear many hats is highly desired.Key Responsibilities:Logistics & Supply Chain Management:Help with order to cash process, including placing customer orders, intracompany orders, and managing third-party logistic vendors, as well as assisting with collections and receivables.Manage procurement and inventory control.Coordinate logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations to optimize efficiency.Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.Administrative Management:Oversee daily small office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.Coordinate with internal staff based in other countries, as well as accounting firm and other service providers.Maintain vendor relationships and manage office contracts and services.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Overall coordination with third-party accounting firm.Owns, along with the internal finance team and service vendors: Invoicing, accounts payables, accounts receivables, and collections.Assist accounting firm and internal finance organization with audits, inventory counts, etc.Ensure cost-effective management of office resources and procurement.Assist with financial forecasting and strategic planning.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in office management, administration, finance, and logistics.Knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, and reporting. Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems like SAP, XERO, Microsoft Great Plains, etc.Experience with procurement, inventory management, and supply chain logistics, ideally for a manufacturing company.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple departments.Who We Are?We are a specialty chemical company that has been in business for over 100 years.
