We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team based in Port Hedland. Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager. The role provides a great opportunity to continue to grow the business and lead the service and parts teams. This is a hands-on management role and you will be responsible for managing a modern and strategic branch in Port Hedland that supports our On-Highway, Mining and Power Generation customers. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead, motivate, develop and engage a complete team of technicians and office staff. Champion Cummins leadership behaviours, mission, vision and values. Ensure all health, safety & environmental policies, procedures and legislation are followed, and create an interdependent safety culture. Build strong customer and OEM partner relationships. Develop and implement business growth plans to improve the customer experience. Manage sales, profitability, expenses, WIP and service KPIs in line with regional AOP. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Proven experience as a leader, with a strong focus on Health and Safety and talent management from a similar industry. Good understanding of the on-highway truck market - mining experience is highly desirable. Have highly developed communication and influencing skills. Be able to build strong, value creating customer relationships. Have the ability to balance the needs of employees, customers, shareholders and communities.
