As Technical Sales and Service, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers. So, if you have a positive attitude and an eagerness to build your career profile, then look no further Your role: Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers Assist customers with phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner Support and attend a diverse customer base in providing product & technical support Perform repair work on Agricultural driveline product as required Assist with supporting field day events What you need: Experience in the Agricultural sector will be advantageous Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth Strong technical skills and problem solving Experience in customer service in a retail / trade environment Ability to engage with people and build good customer rapport Computer literacy, experience using Pronto would be advantageous Why us?
