Liquor Control Victoria is responsible for issuing liquor licences and overseeing industry compliance and enforcement to ensure that Victorians and visitors to the state enjoy safe and responsible liquor licensed environments.

We are strengthening our focus on harm minimisation and assessment of community impacts as part of our regulatory approach following major reforms to liquor licensing laws that commenced in 2022.The Licensing and Transformation Division within Liquor Control Victoria conducts and oversees a variety of licensing activities, including assessing and determining applications for liquor licences, permits and other approvals under delegation.
It responds to enquiries from the public and industry and establishes relationships with licensees and key industry, government and community stakeholders to achieve positive regulatory outcomes.
The division also leads business transformation initiatives to strengthen the liquor regulator, including ICT transformation.About the Role:The Change Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, coordinating and delivering end-to-end change strategies that support the successful delivery of one or more technology and business initiatives within Liquor Control Victoria's Licensing and Transformation Division.Some of your duties will include:Managing the establishment and embedding of the change management function and framework at Liquor Control VictoriaEnsuring the effective operation of change management by providing a central coordination function and facilitating the concurrent delivery of a range of change initiatives across Liquor Control VictoriaDriving the strategic alignment between the transformation program of works and Liquor Control Victoria strategic goals.About You:As our ideal candidate, you will possess:The ability to identify long-term organisational change required with a focus on the wider political, social and environmental context while championing an organisational culture that actively seeks opportunities to improve and where staff engage with and are committed to changeThe ability to build a culture of collaboration across the organisation while looking for and facilitating opportunities to collaborate with external stakeholdersThe ability to identify and manage a range of complex and often competing needs; facilitates innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues.Qualifications/Requirements:Relevant tertiary education in change management or related field is highly desirablePROSCI accreditation is highly desirable.How to Apply:Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
