We're seeking a Credit Officer to join Hunter Premium Funding based in our Melbourne office and reporting into Operations Manager. You'll be responsible for
1. Provide agreed levels of customer service in accordance with AAL/HPF standards for customermunication, delivery, handling queries and follow-up service.
2. Adhere to AAL/HPF policies and procedures including customer service standards, privacy and record keeping to maintainpliance obligations.
3. Maintain constructive client relations through a balance of appropriate customer service skills and efficient credit management practices.
About you
4. Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting andmunication tools.
5. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, capable ofmunicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
6. Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and then taking responsibility for the consequences of decisions taken.
7. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and managepeting resources and demands.
8. Basic understanding of finance/lending.
