As the Financial Controller you will oversee a small, but busy Accounts team. Printforce provides solutions for our clients to further their business and their corporate image.About the role As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for running the accounting and financial activities of Printforce nationally. You will analyse the economic stability of the company and be responsible for partnering with various business units and departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and strategic guidance will be instrumental in achieving the company's financial goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the preparation of monthly management reports including journals and reconciliationsPreparation/supervision of monthly statutory returns including BAS, payroll tax, superannuationLiaising with external tax accountants and auditorsMonthly stock reconciliations & imported stock costingsOversee planned implementation of new purchase order and stock management systemsSupporting accounts payable & receivable as well as payroll functionsOther ad-hoc duties and reporting as required About you: Degree qualified with CA / CPA credentials3+ years of experience in a similar roleHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all level.Have strong Excel and problem solving skillsMYOB Advance experienceMust be permanent residents of Australia and/or have unrestricted right to work full time in Australia.This Financial Controller role with is a dynamic and strategic position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial success.
