The Role We are hiring Residential Youth Workers to assist with a variety of shifts across multiple organisations covering Ipswich to Logan. ProCare Australia support a number of Residential Out of Home Care providers within Queensland with Labour Hire, giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of key organisations. As the need and demand of the Community Services sector continues to grow, ProCare Australia are hiring qualified, experienced, flexible, hard working and passionate Residential Youth Workers. Providing trauma informed, strengths based and client-centred support to Children and Young People and their families is fundamental to this role.Shifts will be offered according to your preferences, skills and experience. Residential Youth Workers must have availability for sleepover shifts and weekend shifts. Pay Rates & Benefits Base salary is paid between $48.03 – $53.85 per hour plus super Night and public holiday penalty rates on top of the base rate QLeave available for qualifying employeesStaff are supported by experienced Rostering Consultants Location South East Queensland – Ipswich and Logan locations.
