Your Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
* Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
