Position Summary:
1. Assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
2. Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
3. Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
4. Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, feeling empowered to make an impact
5. Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
6. Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks showcasing your readiness to adapt to any situation
7. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
About You:
8. An up-to-date RSA
9. Relevant experience in a similar role
