About the team
Our team specialises in services that drive operational excellence in government organisations. We help our clients solve their largest most complex challenges that range from responding to new regulatory requirements through to implementing new technology advances.

In this role, you will engage directly with high-profile public-sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority operational related problems. You will also:

We are seeking applications from practitioners with extensive operations advisory, transformation, program orchestration or similar experience in Federal Government.
You are someone with:
9. Consulting or problem-solving experience
10. Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks
11. Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
12. Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills
13. Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports)
14. Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
15. Minimum AGSVA baseline clearance
