We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will provide high-level case management, counseling, and advocacy, while also leading initiatives that drive systemic change and improve client outcomes.
This role offers the ability to mentor junior staff, develop programs, and contribute to policy improvements. As part of Chatr’s leadership team, you will have the opportunity to build and shape your own team, with clear career progression into senior leadership and management.

Qualifications or Desired Attributes
* Experienced social worker with a passion for advocacy and client-centered care
* Strong skills in case management, counseling, and community engagement
* Leadership experience or a strong desire to mentor and grow a team
* Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
* AASW membership eligibility, First Aid & CPR certification, and relevant clearances
