With us you will have the opportunity to build a career in one of the most diverse and dynamic construction services companies in Australia.About the RoleProvide engineering and construction support to help achieve key project objectives across South Australia's Mid North, encompassing diverse civil, concrete, electrical, and security works. As a Site Engineer, you'll ensure works are delivered safely on time, and to the required specifications. You'll work closely with site teams and subcontractors to support planning, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations—contributing to the successful delivery of complex and rewarding infrastructure projects.What You Will Do:Regularly report on project status, including non-compliance issues and delays.Assist with estimating, tendering, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices.Support site compliance by assisting with quality and safety audits to ensure adherence to project and regulatory standards.Display understanding of project drawings and specifications, and ensure all McMahon Services’ works, materials and subcontractors comply to these requirements.What You Will Bring:A recognized degree in engineering discipline OR other relevant tertiary qualifications.A current Driver’s Licence.A valid White Card.Australian Citizen – have a current Defence clearance or the ability to obtain one.What Will Set You Apart:A motivated, adaptable mindset with a strong commitment to learning and personal development.Willingness to learn and engage with project management software, ERP systems, and digital platforms used across the business.A team-oriented approach, with flexibility to respond to changing project needs and environments.Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.Why Join McMahon Services?We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
