HDU is an 8 bedded unit for older adults with complex mental health and behavioural needs who cannot be placed in mainstream residential care. The HDU MDT provides intensive input with the aim to stabilise mental health and problem solve behavioural issues so that residents can then be moved into a permanent placement.Adult Community Treatment Team (CTT). The CTT offers multi-disciplinary mental health assessment and care coordination for consumers requiring specialist care and treatment options for more than 10 weeks.Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments are made to the above position or other similar vacancies which may arise.Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/11/2025.Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service is situated in the vibrant City of Fremantle.
