Being a part of this team you will be able to build great relationships internally and network with the great clients that come through the door on a daily basis Your Role As the Bid Coordinator you will work closely with the Submissions Lead and marketing lead responsible for coordinating proposals and tenders for new projects. Working closely with the leadership team and project leaders, this role will coordinate, write, and prepare high quality and customized tenders’ proposals for a variety of sectors across the public and private sectors. Duties & responsibilities not limited to: Manage the full submission process from the decision to commit, by liaising with the relevant stakeholders and preparing tender documentation. Identify key requirements and coordinate the content for all submissions including written material and technical descriptions provided by the project leader, internal team, and external stakeholders. Prepare submission proposal, EOI and tenders inline with the company’s brand. Maintain submission register including the tracking of success rates as well as submission lost. Engage subconsultants, suppliers and contractors in accordance with the business procedures and manage their submission input. Provide appropriate information and assist in the selection of sub consultants. Act as brand ambassador for the business and embrace their values. To be successful for the role: Minimum 3 years’ experience in coordinating bids and tenders within architecture, building, property, and construction or within professional services A formal qualification in business communications, marketing or construction related degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels. Organization, time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously whilst prioritizing multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Well presented and keen eye for detail and design Positive attitude and work winning mindset.
