Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria as part of an agile software delivery teamDevelop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutionsConduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain pointsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goalsFacilitate communication between business and technical teamsParticipate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain system documentation and training materialProviding leadership within the project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectationsDeveloping and managing project plans, schedules, and budgetsManaging all aspects of project execution, conflicts, and interdependencies in alignment with the approved project management planProviding timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to key stakeholdersPerforming risk management to minimise project risks Who you are: Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments desirableStrong understanding of the travel or retail industryBackground knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design, and architecture etc.Analytical skills and problem-solving skillsKnowledge in business process re-engineering and improvementAbility to conduct virtual meetings and workshopsGood quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technicalAttention to detail and effective organisation and time management skillsStrong business acumen and critical thinking skills5+ years' experience in project management What you'll enjoy: Flexible working opportunitiesOngoing brain power-ups and skill sharpening, plus occasional escapes to bucket list destinationsCatapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industrySay no to full price!
