To support their continued growth, they are seeking a talented Contracts Administrator to join their team. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial and contractual aspects of projects are managed effectively. Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership, you will be responsible for preparing contracts, overseeing procurement, and maintaining stringent cost control measures across multiple projects. DUTIES Prepare, review, and administer subcontractor agreements and procurement documentation. Monitor project costs, variations, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements. Provide support in tender submissions, contract negotiations, and procurement planning. Maintain detailed project records and ensure compliance with WHS standards and contractual obligations. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial fit-out and new build projects. Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and cost management. Ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
