Provide and maintain a high standard of customer focused clerical and administrative services within the Food Services Department, while maintaining confidentiality and working in accordance with all policies, procedures and guidelines. Ensure all information management systems are maintained and processes conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and protocol of the Department. Organisation of patient menus ensuring they correspond to the patients diet requirements.
The Role: Provide and maintain a high standard of customer focused clerical and administrative services within the Food Services Department.Ensure all information management systems are maintained and processes conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and protocol of the Department.Organisation of patient menus ensuring they correspond to the patient's diet requirements.Liaise closely with Dieticians, Speech Pathologists, Food Service staff, Nursing staff and patients in matters concerning the provision of meals and variations to the patient diet list.Cross check menus against computerised diet reports to ensure patients receive meals appropriate to their requirements.Actively participate in and contribute to the organisation's Quality & Safety and Work Health & Safety processes.Ensure the day-to-day smooth operation of the Food Monitors Office including accurate and updated menus for printing, answering telephone queries, relaying messages, and communicating information to all relevant parties.The Team: A fast-paced work environment within a great team.LGH Food Services provides meals to over 300 patients daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) 365 days a year.Shift work with early morning starts, including a combination of weekdays and weekends.Details of appointment: Permanent, full time, shift worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from the 7th of April 2025.

Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
