Job Description: Medical Customer Service Agent (Morning Shift) NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Customer Service Agent for a pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding medical product information. Minimum Requirements: Educational Background: Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service is a plus. Experience in treating diabetes and weight loss products.
