We are seeking a Senior Application Analyst to manage our platform entity. This role involves overseeing support and application management functions, including application development, change management, enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.
We are able to offer an initial 12 month fixed term contract and Hybrid work from home arrangement
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the incident, request/enhancement queue, and team workloads.
* Ensure timely management of system incidents and adherence to Service Levels.
* Provide advice to customers on platform usage through active engagement and relationship building.
* Collaborate with customers to analyze requirements and design/configure platform solutions to support business outcomes.
* Write technical documents.
* Configure relevant platform components.
* Provide testing and change management support.
* Offer support during post-Go-Live changes.
* Participate in platform-related projects.
* Continuously improve the business experience and identify efficiency solutions.
* Ensure alignment of the platform with business needs.
Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Management or equivalent knowledge.
* ITIL Foundation Statement of Attainment (Desirable).
