Based in our Dandenong South Office, this role will focus on monitoring team performance, optimising workflows, and providing hands-on support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, coaching team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, we would love to hear from you Team Coordination & Performance Support Facilitate team huddles to ensure alignment on priorities and accountability for tasks Support and guide team members with challenging tasks and high-priority jobs Monitor team performance and workflows, ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met Maintain a professional and productive office environment Operational & Sales Support Assist in managing client inquiries and resolving complex issues Ensure accurate data entry and process management, including contracts, product matching, and stock availability Oversee pricing, order processing, and transport scheduling Handle accounts receivable setups and manage Pipedrive tracking Support the sales team by maintaining accurate reports and sales documentation Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements Address urgent requests and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, ensuring smooth transactions Support leadership with performance insights and reporting REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE Proven experience in a team support or coordination role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite products Previous experience in the building industry or with building products is desirable but not essential OUR CULTURE… At Beaumont Tiles, we believe that creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is crucial to our success, and we strive to reflect the diversity of our local communities in our workforce.
