Qualifications:
* TAE40110 or TAE40116 (including TAEASS501 and TAELLN411) or Higher VET Teaching Qualification
Experience and Knowledge:
* Ability to Work in a Team and Autonomously
* Understanding and Respect for the Diverse Cultural and Socioeconomic Backgrounds of the Students
* Highly Developed Interpersonal and Communication Skills (written and verbal), including the Ability to Communicate Effectively across Large Groups
* A Confident and Flexible Approach
* Flexibility to Adjust Teaching Methods based on the Needs of Individual Learners and the Dynamics of the Classroom
* Proficient in IT Systems and MS Office Suite
