With a strong customer focus, your role will have two key components within corporate services: travel management and account management. You will be responsible for managing and booking international and domestic travel for our CBRE Pacific team, while also managing several large corporate service providers. You will also have the opportunity to work on Operational Projects and perform general administrative tasks. Travel & Account Management: Coordinate and manage end-to-end domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, and car hire for all CBRE employees. Closely collaborate with events teams, executive assistants, team assistants, and leaders across the organisation regarding travel for themselves and/or their teams. Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders. Support the travel component of CBRE events including team off sites and training days. Support ongoing management of major accounts including training and administrative access. About you: Seeking an exceptional individual who is highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented looking for a dynamic role. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and appropriately escalate issues. Demonstrated experience in travel coordination (domestic and international). Relationship focused, with highly developed, polished communication skills. Committed, enthusiastic collaborator, with a willingness to work with diverse individuals in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), coupled with the ability and capacity to learn travel booking systems and CBRE specific programs. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, managing and prioritising workflow, and anticipating needs for team members and the business before they arise.
