We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful alpine setting. In these roles, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient front office operations, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Front Office Staff Responsibilities
* Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
* Manage reservations, inquiries, and front desk operations.
* Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
* Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Front Office Manager Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead front office staff, ensuring high standards of service.
* Develop and implement front office procedures and policies.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address escalated concerns.
* Manage daily front office operations, including staffing and budgeting.
* Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
* Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for staff.
Requirements
* Front Office Staff: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
* Front Office Manager: Minimum of 3 years of front office management experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both roles.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.
* Ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism.
* Flexible availability for both roles, including weekends and holidays.
* Front Office Manager: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
* Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
