The Opportunity The Brand Experience and Creative team is primarily responsible for leading and managing the Medibank consumer brand and governing the Medibank group of brands (Medibank consumer, ahm, Amplar Health). We deliver outcomes supporting the master brand positioning 'Medibank Live Better' and the group purpose of Better Health for Better Lives. We are on the lookout for a Brand Campaign Specialist to join us on a fixed term 12 month basis to play a critical role in achieving this big ambition. Supporting the Brand Marketing Manager, you would take on implementing and executing Brand Campaigns that grow our key brand and business metrics, across external and internal touchpoints. Responsibilities: Leading the development and execution of your own remit of campaigns, including managing budgets and timeframes. Writing briefs for brand campaigns and providing clear feedback to our agency partners. Executing campaigns across multiple business and marketing touchpoints, inclusive of TV, online, social, radio, digital, and internal. Managing reviews of campaign material through internal teams including legal, fund policy & clinical. Monitoring competitor and best in class global advertising campaigns. Reporting trends/issues/incidents to appropriate stakeholders. What about you? This role would be a perfect match for a detail-oriented, organised, and creative professional with solid experience in advertising/campaign production and delivery (agency experience would be a bonus). Experience in managing relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders is essential, as is being able to communicate and translate complex info into simple terms. You'll need to be very comfortable in managing multi-channel campaigns. It's essential that you have a strong understanding of production, account management, advertising, and communications planning as well.
