As the Group Head of Hospitality Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships across our premium locations in Sydney, Gold Coast and soon to be opened The Star Brisbane. A few of your responsibilities
1. Leading & owning the group’s commercial strategy for Hotel & Events Sales
2. Drive trade performance to achieve revenue & yield targets
3. Acquiring new customers and manage key client relationships (new and existing)
4. Collaborating with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, property hotel & events teams)
5. Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
6. Successfully lead a large sales teams across multiple locations
