About the Role As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer – Production Control to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is integral to optimizing production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Scheduling – Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow, machine utilization, and workforce efficiency while meeting project deadlines.
Process Optimization & Workflow Efficiency – Analyze, refine, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
Engineering & Equipment Design – Design, modify, and implement mechanical components and CNC programs to enhance production capabilities and product quality.
Inventory & Resource Management – Oversee the procurement, allocation, and utilization of materials, tools, and resources to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent production delays.
Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure all products adhere to industry regulations and company quality standards through rigorous testing, inspections, and continuous process enhancements.
Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to minimize costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Coordination & Team Management – Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across departments.
Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance – Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe and legally compliant work environment.
Requirements: Educational Background – Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience – Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in production control, manufacturing, or a related field.
Technical & Analytical Skills – Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to optimizing manufacturing processes.
Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
