At MSWA our purpose is to empower Western Australians with neurological conditions to live their best lives.
Our accommodation facilities operate 24/7 and offer an age-appropriate option for people where living at home may no longer be safe or practical. These are designed to feel more like a home by being located within a suburban environment and integrating with the local community. Each site has an intimate number of individual self-contained units offering privacy and a shared communal area to foster social interaction with fellow residents, visitors and team members.
Here’s what you’ll do:
· Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards, plus federal and state regulations.
· Support Excellence: Help Residential Managers hit KPIs in Budget & Finance Management, Employee Training, and Client Services Quality.
· Improve Systems: Review and implement efficient processes for top-notch service delivery.
· Drive Improvement: Lead initiatives in Client Service, Budget, People Management, MSWA Culture, and streamlined processes.
· Provide Expert Advice: Guide Residential Managers on NDIS/SIL funding, feedback resolution, and employee performance.
· Foster Sustainability: Build relationships, manage waitlists, and support new site commissioning.
· Deliver Reports: Produce professional, accurate monthly reports on finance, employee metrics, service quality, and improvements.
· Leadership & Support: Cover for residential/respite sites as needed and participate in key meetings and workshops.
A bit about you….
You are a dynamic, results driven leader with extensive experience within a similar environment. You have a good working knowledge of the NDIS in particular residential programs. Your communication skills are second to none and above all you believe in life, not limits!
And the benefits?
As a not-for-profit organisation we are fortunate to be able to offer generous salary packaging options to all our employees. Currently up to $18500 can be packaged to cover things like living expenses, mortgage payments, or car leasing.
We also offer generous leave policies, discounts on major retailers and an opportunity to do (what we think is) challenging and rewarding work every day. You will be a part of our purpose at MSWA to empower Western Australians living with neurological conditions to live their best life.
