About the Role:
The Team Manager will lead and manage a team ofmultidisciplinary staff in the delivery of high quality, integratedand coordinated services across a number of Partnerships and whoare engaged in the identification of needs, provision of proactive,targeted and intensive interventions, complex casecoordination/management, complaints and grievance management. TheTeam Manager will identify priority needs against availableresources and opportunities and ensure the delivery of serviceswithin allocated resources. The role requires the recruitment,retention, induction and professional development of staff with afocus on meeting service delivery standards and the achievement ofa range of key performance indicators that result in improvedservice delivery. The Team Manager is responsible for the effectiveleadership and operational management of the team and of referralprocesses, allocation, workload management, records management andother relevant processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Essential: An appropriate tertiaryqualification including post-graduate qualifications in anappropriate discipline OR relevant experience in service deliveryfor Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and/orculturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department forHuman Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior tobeing employed which is required to be renewed every five yearsbefore expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN–EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect -Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course orthe online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to beupdated every three years.

Remuneration:
S121-4 $141,790 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
