About the position
This casual opportunity is based at our Wests Nelson Bay Diggers site to assist with maintaining the cleanliness of our club property for our members and guests. Key tasks will include:
1. Maintain floors and passageways
2. Laundry duties as required
3. Maintaining the cleanliness of amenities
4. Use of commercial cleaning equipment and machinery
5. Attend to any immediate cleaning requirements as directed by managers
6. Assist with venue set up or furniture movement
7. Mopping of floors
8. Sanitising of hand rails
Certifications required: Current Drivers license
This casual position is looking to be around 20 hours each week across the week. During the busy periods such as Public Holidays or Peak Summer, there may be the request to work in the evening; however, the majority of these shifts will start at 5:30 am. Holding a current driver's licence and access to a car is important for this role.

About you
The presentation and cleanliness of our venues is important to you. Having commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable with the ability to work a variety of shifts including weekend work. To be a success in this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and take pride in what you do.
