Currently our Quality Systems team is seeking an Administration/Documentation Officer to join the team. The purpose of this role is to maintain document control for GxP documents including actioning change requests, coordination of document review and approval, issuing, scanning and archiving documents through organised planning and task coordination; ensuring GMP compliance.
Key duties of the role include:
1. Review, update, maintain and issue master documents to ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory and quality requirements.
2. Word Processing including the preparation, update and routing for approval of master documents.
3. Compile and complete the necessary documentation to update master documents in support of related change requests.
4. Filing and archiving.
5. Ensure compliance and inspection readiness for master documents.
6. Track and manage clear visibility of document updates including KPI and escalation reporting.
7. Ensure master data updates are administered in a timely manner in order to support business needs.
8. Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives for the benefit of the business.
9. Manage and progress projects through to a successful outcome in accordance with departmental goals.
10. Provide insight and apply creativity to challenging situations.
11. Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
1. Qualifications in Science or related is desirable but not essential.
2. Previous experience working within an Electronic Document Management System is desirable.
3. Previous experience in a GMP Environment is desirable.
4. High aptitude for Microsoft Word and Excel Programs.
5. Strong Good Documentation practices.
6. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
7. Ability to operate office equipment.
8. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, business contacts, and corporate management.
9. Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities under minimal supervision.
10. Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to comply with GxP.
