ICT Customer Support Officer
Permanent, Full-time position
Work hours: 38 hours per week
Salary $73,150 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation
Casphone is looking for a qualified ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, English speaking, articulate person to fill the role.
Job Duties:
Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
Responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
Installing and downloading appropriate software
Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
Implementing computer networks
Designing and maintaining websites
Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, and modems
May work in a call centre
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in a similar ICT customer support role
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an ICT Customer Support Officer or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience with ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking technologies
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
